Responsibilities:

• As Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments for dental services.
• Verifying and posting payments, maintaining patient account records, issuing statements, and following up on outstanding balances.
• This role also involves coordinating with insurance companies to ensure proper billing and resolving discrepancies related to payments or claims.

•  Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
• Assist with administrative functions, such as front desk coverage, greeting patients and managing schedule

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of administration experience
• Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
• Experience with managing accounts receivable in a dental setting is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
